The Diversity SCAM
Institutionalised Racism Isn't What You Think
The word ‘Diversity’ has become the most dishonest word in the English language.
In every major institution — from the Civil Service to the universities — we are subjected to endless, costly demands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Yet, the moment you introduce actual intellectual diversity —the willingness to hold a dissenting, conservative thought, you become a liability.
The irony is this: The movement demanding “inclusion” is enforcing an ideological exclusion that targets competence, merit, and even white Britons.
The Great Hypocrisy
Go into any major company or university today. They spend fortunes on DEI bureaucracy while simultaneously slashing budgets for actual skills training and fighting to push down real-terms wages (the ‘Inflation Tax’ that young Britons are paying. I actually talk about this in my most recent episode below).
Why? Because the DEI industry is not about making Britain better; it’s a lucrative loyalty test designed to protect the professional-managerial class and enforce conformity.
This is the great, toxic scam of our age: Britain (or America for that matter) wants you to check the right boxes, but never challenge the groupthink. You can be diverse in every way except in thought.
🚨 The Lie of ‘Inclusion’ is Now Reverse Discrimination
The damage is no longer theoretical. The ‘Inclusion’ mandates are actively leading to unlawful discrimination against white British applicants in the name of political targets. The UK’s Equality Act 2010 forbids treating someone more favourably simply due to their race or sex during recruitment, yet countless organisations violate this rule.
Look at the evidence ignored by the mainstream media:
1. The Betrayal of Merit in Hiring
The Cheshire Police Case: In the landmark case of Furlong v Chief Constable of Cheshire Police, a qualified, white, heterosexual male candidate was deliberately not hired due to the Force’s drive to achieve “greater diversity.” He was excluded because his demographic was deemed politically undesirable — a clear case of direct discrimination on the basis of sex, race, and orientation.
The Thames Valley Scandal: Three white British police officers successfully brought a claim after a minority ethnic colleague was promoted to Detective Inspector without any competitive recruitment process. The Tribunal ruled this constituted direct discrimination against the white officers, denying them the right to compete on merit.
The RAF’s Unlawful Quotas: An internal inquiry found that the Royal Air Force (RAF) unlawfully discriminated against white men in a recruitment drive intended to boost the number of women and ethnic minority employees. This proves that state institutions are prioritising unlawful identity quotas over national security and competence.
2. You Fund This, By The Way
The ideological push has moved beyond mere hiring into widespread misuse of taxpayer funds on “woke bureaucracy” and divisive research:
Wasted Research Funds: Publicly funded bodies like UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) have approved grants for projects exploring niche topics like ‘queer ecology’ and ‘decolonising heritage.’ This represents a huge diversion of intellectual capital away from essential, practical fields like medical sciences or engineering. The public is paying to fund studies that actively critique and undermine the very society paying for them.
Woke Bureaucracy: Local councils alone have spent nearly £52 million on dedicated EDI/DEI roles over three years. Critics argue that diverting millions of pounds from public safety (like frontline police and fire services) to fund ideological conformity is an unacceptable misuse of public money. These roles have become “pointless job creation schemes for the politically correct.”
The Loyalty Test: Mandatory DEI training in the Civil Service forces staff to engage with contested ideological concepts, creating an environment of ideological monoculture and compliance, not genuine impartiality. This intense focus on what is essentially grievances rather than what we need (unity) is the opposite of what a functional public service requires.
The Antidote: Fight for Truth, Not Compliance
The solution is not more bureaucracy; it’s the cancellation of the DEI establishment.
We need to return to the core British values of individual merit, fair play, and genuine intellectual diversity. The freedom to speak your mind, the right to compete based on your skill, and the expectation of equal treatment regardless of your background — these are the principles that built our country.
The ‘Diversity’ scam is a direct attack on those principles. If we don’t end the ideological loyalty test, we will continue to see competence eroded and discrimination enshrined into policy.
Ask yourself: Who is truly being excluded from the boardrooms and universities of Britain today? 👇
