State of the Inbox #13
Low battery, high stakes: this week’s inbox is late but loaded.
Hey hey hey!! Welcome to the... 13th (omg?!) State of the Inbox, your weekly deep dive into what's been happening!
Also so sorry it's late, having a super busy week, was going to write this on the Tube (London metro) last night but every device I had on me was on, like, 2% battery 😭✋️

I just wanted to bring up our Instagram page in case any of you haven't already followed! There will be more stuff on there very soon, so make sure to give us a follow and to share our stuff with your friends -> @samikshasstateofthedebate
Episode 6/7
Thanks so much to those of you who have watched episode 6 already, it's down below if you haven't already!
In terms of episode 7, which is about body positivity, I'm trying to figure out when/where I'm supposed to record it at the moment 😂
It may not be able to come out this Sunday, and be delayed a week 😬
...in which case, there's plenty of time to share your thoughts on the hypocrisy of the body positivity movement!
Do you think that body positivity is overall a... positive thing? Why is it “fatphobic” to promote fitness, but “empowering” to celebrate obesity?
Any thoughts let us know 👇 (you can also email!)
Articles
Have a whole bunch of article ideas out there - about Trump's State visit, the rise of Reform UK, what is “patriotism”… and probably a whole bunch more ideas we floated around but have slipped my mind at the moment. If you have any ideas for articles to write about (or want to write a guest post), email us at stateofthedebate@gmail.com, or drop a comment!
In other news…
I am recording street interviews 😭😭😂
Thanks so much!!! Looking forward to hearing from y’all soon, see ya!
Samiksha
